Here are some things that I want to accomplish by the last day of school (end of May):
-Jog 3 miles without stopping
-Do a real push up
-Weigh less than 225 pounds
-Fit into at least one piece of regular sized clothing (tops are more realistic than pants!)
You've got to add a few things to this list...

2. Compete in one race per month
3. Run a mile in 9:00 or less
4. Feel good!
I'll think of more...just give me a little more time!
A race per month??? That's ambitious! Are you going to join me???? Hee hee . . . Those are good goals to add though :) I'm already feeling better than I did when I first came back to work.
